When it comes to resume-crafting advice, we are moving right along. Today, we spent time covering the basics for making a bland resume look much better.

Admittedly, style should (and usually does) take a backseat to substance in a resume. However, an ugly resume does you no favors. The design has to be at least good enough to keep out of the way of your key accomplishments, strengths and value.
